Long before lab benches and biotech journals, my journey began under the open sky—scratched arms and restless nights. As a child, I’d wake up to arms so red and swollen from mosquito bites that I sometimes missed school, hiding under blankets until the itching finally subsided. That early struggle left an indelible mark and ignited a personal quest for a better way.

Now, as a biotechnology student at the Technion, I’ve translated that childhood frustration into rigorous R&D. From screening hundreds of plant and microbial extracts to field trials across diverse environments, I perfected a formula that gently masks the chemical cues mosquitoes rely on—no synthetics, no collateral harm.
